Senior Auditor (Hanoi and HCM Offices)
Job Description:
- Helps the audit manager in monitoring that the work schedule of the audit staff are appropriately
- planned, scheduled and are chargeable.
- Performs on-the-job audit work for critical areas; performs on-the-job coaching to audit staff to
- help improve audit staff workpaper documentation skills, client dealings and in resolving audit/accounting issues.
- Reports to audit partner and/or audit manager any audit/accounting issues noted for a client and proposes alternative solutions to the issue noted.
- Helps in keeping the audit division working area clean
- Ensures that all overtime work are pre-approved by audit manager by monitoring the completion of an overtime form sheet
- Reviews and signs off on all work papers prepared by audit staff
- Resolves all review notes of audit partner and manager
- Other duties necessary to ensure that the audit work is completed with the quality consistent with GT standards
Required Qualifications:
- Vietnamese nationality
- University graduate from Accounting, Auditing, Finance or related fields
- Have at least 3-4 years working experience as Auditors
- CPA (Vietnam) or other international qualification (ACCA, CA, CPA) is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Good computer skills (MS Office package)
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Be capable of playing a leadership role in an Audit team
