Successful candidates and offer letter

Successful candidates will be contacted via email or phone. We will send you a written offer letter before you start. If you have any concerns in relation to the offer, you are encouraged discuss with our HR Division for official feedback.To prepare for your best performance we initially provide:

• Immediate technical and non-technical training.
• A coach/mentor who is senior or experienced staff to help you step into the job, understand the audit procedures, audit tools and integrate to the Grant Thornton culture. If there is any issues arise during your early days with the firm, you are encouraged to firstly consult with your mentor for advisory or solution.
• A performance evaluation after every job over 40 hours so that you know your progression for improvements.

Opportunities for financial sponsor by the firm with ACCA, CPA Australia study and other professional qualifications will be given at a later period. The Firm also provides
opportunities for overseas secondments to professional staff for career development purposes. 

Date of commencement

The successful candidates can start immediately if available; otherwise you are expected to start in August 2010.
